Paid features are purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). If you bought something and it isn't showing:
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription any time:
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Because Apple and Google process all payments, refunds are handled by them, not by us:

Some apps ask for permissions (such as notifications, camera, photos, or location) only to power specific features. You can grant or revoke these any time in your device settings. If a location- or camera-based feature isn't working, check that the relevant permission is allowed for that app. Denying a permission only disables the features that need it.
Free apps may show ads. If an ad or rewarded video won't load, check your connection and try again shortly — availability depends on the ad network, your region, and current inventory. Rewarded videos are optional and grant a temporary in-app benefit. To remove ads (where offered), purchase the app's ad-free or Premium option.
For apps with AI features, results are generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate or unexpected — try rephrasing your prompt or trying again. AI features may need an internet connection.
