Plain-language summary. Most of our apps store your data on your device, not on our servers. We don't sell your personal information. Some apps show ads (Google AdMob) or offer purchases (handled by Apple or Google). Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. You can control permissions, reset in-app data, or contact us at contact@quantamloopinfotech.com at any time. This summary is for convenience only — the full policy below governs.
This Privacy Policy explains how QuantamLoop Infotech ("QuantamLoop", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile applications, games, and websites we publish (each an "App" and together the "Services"). It applies across our product range on the Apple App Store and Google Play, unless a specific App displays its own separate privacy policy, in which case that policy controls for that App.
We publish a range of products — including productivity and utility apps, wellness and lifestyle apps, games, AI-powered tools, and location-based apps — for iOS and Android. Because these products differ, not every practice described below applies to every App. The sections that apply to you depend on the specific App you use, the features you enable, and the permissions you grant on your device.
Where an App collects or uses data in a way that differs from this policy, that App's store listing ("privacy nutrition label" / Data safety section) and any in-App notices will describe the specifics.
The data controller for the Services is QuantamLoop Infotech, operating from the United Kingdom (Salford, Manchester) and India (Surat, Gujarat). For any privacy question, request, or concern, contact us at contact@quantamloopinfotech.com.
Depending on the App, you may choose to provide:
Many of our Apps are designed to keep your data on your device rather than on our servers. This may include your profile, settings, in-App content, history, progress, and locally cached purchase-entitlement status. Apps typically use platform on-device storage (for example, Apple's SwiftData/UserDefaults or Android's local storage/DataStore). This data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the App's data, uninstall the App, or use an operating-system backup or device-transfer feature controlled by Apple or Google.
When you use the Services, certain information may be collected automatically by us or by our service providers to keep the Services working, secure, and reliable:
Some Apps (for example, location- or navigation-based apps) use precise device location to provide their core features, such as showing positions on a map or sharing a location with people you choose. Precise location is used only after you grant location permission through your operating system, and you can change or revoke that permission at any time in your device settings. Where an App shares location with other users you select, it does so to deliver the feature you requested. Apps that do not need precise location do not request it.
Some Apps (for example, design, wallpaper, or AI-image tools) may request access to your camera, photo library, or microphone so you can add, capture, or generate content. Access is requested only when needed for a feature and only after you grant the relevant permission. Media you select is processed to provide the feature; unless an App states otherwise, it is not uploaded to our servers except as needed to perform an action you request (see AI features below).
Some Apps offer AI-powered features (for example, generating images or text, smart suggestions, or predictions). When you use these features:
Where an App relies on a specific AI provider, its processing is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
If an App offers reminders or notifications, it will ask for notification permission. Many reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are not sent from our servers. Some Apps may use push notifications delivered through Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging; in that case a push token is processed to deliver the message. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Some Apps offer paid features through in-app purchases — either a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). They handle billing, authentication, renewals, and refunds. We do not receive your full payment card number or bank details. The App stores a local record of your entitlement so that paid features remain unlocked, and it may verify purchase or subscription status with Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Some free Apps display advertising through Google AdMob and its partners. Ads may include banner, interstitial (full-screen), and optional rewarded formats. Where an App offers a paid ad-free option, ads are removed after purchase.
Advertising partners may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics to serve, measure, cap, and (where permitted) personalize ads. Their processing is governed by their own terms.

To understand reliability and improve our Apps, some Apps use analytics and diagnostics tools (for example, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or platform-provided analytics). These tools may process device identifiers, event data, and diagnostics. Where required, analytics that are not strictly necessary are used only with your consent. The third-party SDKs an App uses are disclosed in its App Store / Google Play data disclosures.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only as needed:
We operate from the UK and India, and our service providers (such as Apple and Google) may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms, in line with the providers' own transfer frameworks.
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it, reset the App's data, or uninstall the App. For Apps that keep data locally, uninstalling generally removes that data from your device. Information processed by third parties (such as ad, analytics, or store providers) is retained under their policies. If you email us, we retain your message for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and keep business records.
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because much of our Apps' data is stored locally, you can exercise many choices directly in the App — by editing settings, resetting App data, adjusting device permissions, or uninstalling.
To make a request about information you have sent to us, email contact@quantamloopinfotech.com. We aim to respond within 30 days or as required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office).
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of "targeted advertising". We do not sell personal information for money. However, some data sharing for advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws. You can opt out by declining tracking via Apple's ATT prompt, declining consent in the EEA/UK message where shown, using device-level advertising controls, or contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our Apps are intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country), and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where an App is specifically designed for children or families, it will follow the applicable requirements (such as COPPA and the Apple Kids Category and Google Play Families policies) and will describe its practices in its own notice. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of each App. Because much of your data lives on your device, its security also depends on your device passcode, biometrics, Apple ID / Google Account, backup settings, and operating-system protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website (quantamloopinfotech.com) may use strictly necessary technologies to function and, where applicable, limited analytics. If we use non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will request consent where required. If you submit our contact form, we receive the details you provide in order to respond to you.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Apps, legal requirements, or operations. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date, and, where appropriate, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
